5. Returns and Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving the product.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused

    • In the original packaging

    • In the same condition as when you received it

  • Returns requested after 10 days will not be accepted.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed via JazzCash or bank transfer within a few working days.

  • Please note that return shipping charges (if any) may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
