Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders of 1 item Standard Shipping 199 2-4 Working Days

Orders of 2 or more items FREE Standard Shipping FREE 2-4 Working Days

 

Note: "Working Days" are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery time for all orders within Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days from the time the order is shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email (or SMS notification) with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the notification. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to check the status of your delivery.

Damages, Returns, and Exchanges

zoomo.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please also notify us immediately at zoomocustomer@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you in the claim process.
